About Bianca

I’m an HR leader who believes that by unleashing the brilliance of individuals and connecting the right people and resources, we can drive game changing results and innovation.  I am passionate about helping people find their sparkle and inner greatness , it is truly what fuels me.

I have hands on experience working in diverse industries such as oil & gas ,  financial services , and technology.   I have held Global HR roles in corporate giants,  in medium steady growth companies and  in start-up spirited high growth companies.  I have provided HR expertise from the shop floor to the high rises of corporate america. This blend of  HR experience  coupled with my “sleeves rolled up”  approach has given me the unique opportunity to practice HR in a variety of settings, each with their own sets of unique challenges.  Working both in the field and in corporate settings has given me a balanced HR point of view, and most of all valuable insight into the employee mindset.

My goal is to help businesses find their opportunities to be even better by providing strategic HR partnership packaged into practical solution, and to unleash the brilliance of  employees so they can sparkle and shine.

I earned a Masters in Human Resource & Industrial Labor Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, where I was a Fellow, and  graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Sociology from Ithaca College.  I live in the Bay Area with my  husband Luke and our hound dog, Penny.
